Delivery time:

LED Lights Direct CA Ships In-stock items of the warehouse within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. All orders are processed through Canada Post using standard shipping, 3-5 business days depending on the location.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Shipping Rate:

LED Lights Direct CA’s shipping rate is calculated per order. Orders $500 and over for Residential Clients qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Location:

Presently, LED Lights Direct CA does not ship outside of Canada. Additional charges may apply for orders that require special delivery instructions. If such an order is placed, the customer will be notified of said charges by a LED Lights Direct CA customer service specialist.

Tracking shipments:

Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. LED Lights Direct CA is committed to providing for you the best possible service. However, we do not warrant the reliability of any information provided by the Postal Service.

Be advised:

Regardless of shipping option, LED Lights Direct CA is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.

RETURN POLICY 

If you are not satisfied with your products(s), you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) within 30 days of receipt provided it is: (1) unused, (2) in its original packaging, and (3) accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item to replace the defective product

If your item is defective, simply submit an RMA form. We will then send you an email confirming the details of your transaction, and then you can proceed to send the item back to LED Lights Direct CA. If for any reason the item/s you have selected is no longer available, we will issue a credit for the purchase price or refund.

For refunds allow 4-5 business days for the refund to post to your account from the time the refund is issued.
